Why do I find myself feeling overwhelmed with fear at times, and at other times, I feel fine?

As a multi-dimensional being, you have the innate ability to pick up on the thoughts and emotions of others. If a wave of fear comes over you, consider asking yourself if it's yours or not. You might find that it disappears as quickly as it arrived. I have even used this on cold and flu symptoms. I remember once I was lying in bed, feeling terrible, and really frustrated with myself for having "caught" something, when I identify as someone who never gets sick. Then I chose that I AM someone who doesn't get sick, so I asked myself if the symptoms I was having were even mine. They disappeared immediately, and I got out of bed feeling fine. Maybe I was picking up on a neighbor's flu symptoms, or just absorbing the drama of the world outside of my personal energy field. Either way, when I became aware of my choice, I was able to choose something else. Has something like this ever happened to you?
